Question: i'm 14 years old and i'm 5'4/5'5. i weight 130-132 but i would like to lose 5-10 pounds. i already eat healthy (no chips, fast food, ice-cream and most of the food i eat is organic or from whole foods) and i go to the gym at least once a week, but usually more. what else can i do to lose weight and i don't want anyone to say "oh, you're at the perfect weight" or "it wouldn't be healthy to lose any more weight" because if i do it in a healthy manner, it should be fine. thanks in advance ha i'm a girl i'm a vegetarian and pretty much all i eat are vegetables and fruits, rice, pastas, peanut butter sandwiches, and cereals and oatmeal and i already only drink water

To lose weight you need to be doing some kind of cardio activity, like an aerobics class for 30minutes to an hour, that's when your body burns your stored fat, so exercise for longer durations and more often and you should see results faster.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

go to the gym more, and work harder there, from what you've said im pretty durte thats your only option.

If you already exercise... try eating small portions of food six times a day. Keep to a 1200 calorie diet and your metabolism will increase.

Set a reward for yourself! Then when you reach the goal you can have your reward! That is what i did and i lost 19 pounds in 4 weeks! And trust me pills are tooo expensive and they dont even work so set the reward mine was a camera what will be yours?

Take daily walks, do lunges every day, and take up dancing or some other sport. Getting more excerise daily will help with your weight, even though there really isn't that much to worry about.

You are going to lose weight but your diet sounds a bit odd, I mean its great things to eat when you are on a slim fast milkshake diet, but I suggest you get some higher protein in there somewhere so you can supply your body with some extra energy, and add something green in there somewhere, you know some sort of vegetable. But besides that, it looks like you know what you're doing, and you are losing weight healthy, which is good.
