Please don't lecture me about doing it safely etc, I'm not asking for that, I'm asking how you can lose weight properly.
At the moment I'm trying to lose weight (currently 5"3 and 112lb and I want to get down to 90lb for March next year - please don't lecture me about this, it's for a good reason). I'm currently eating a small bowl of coco pops for breakfast with hardly any milk, a small chocolate bar at about 11 and then a packet of low-fat crisps (99 calories) for lunch. Then I'll have dinner, whatever my mum has cooked, with vegetables and no evening snack. All throughout the way I drink only water, occasionally diet coke, and I have vitamins too. I exercise intensely for about 15 minutes a day, burning 150 calories after dinner. I've done this for about three months, yet I've gained 5 pounds instead of losing it? And I know I am definitely not taking in above 1000 calories a day.
My counsellor (I have depression) told me that not eating much causes your body to store it as fat when you do eat proper meals. So how can I lose weight quickly and not put it on? I'd be willing to cut out meals but I don't want my body to go into starvation mode and store food as fat, because my aim is obviously to lose weight.
And I have no way of skipping dinner, because I eat with my family, and I only eat the chocolate bar and crisps at school to stop my stomach rumbling and embarrassing me. Some days I go without them, depending on which lessons I have and how quiet it usually is in those lessons.
What should I be eating, what exercises should I do and when should I do them?
I'm 14 if it makes a difference.

If you are 5,3 (which is about how tall I am) and 112 pounds, you don't need to lose weight, and 90 pounds would be very underweight for you, so the don't do it.
That being said, you shouldn't have the coco pops or the chocolate bar, at least not as part of a regular diet. Go with a Kashi cereal instead, and only eat the chocolate bar on occasion. Personally, I suggest not ingesting diet coke at all since it's so unhealthy, and never skip a meal! You can even have healthy snacks throughout the day like veggies, fruit, and nuts. This will help increase your metabolism, as will regular exercise. Walk briskly at least 30 minutes day at least 5-6 days a week.
However, I want to reiterate that you really don't need to lose weight, but if you want to just tone up, fine, but please don't go down to 90 pounds. That would not be healthy.

You can actually lose weight extremely quickly without altering your diet too much.
- Only drink water! no sugar drinks or fruit juices, just water. If your a high tea drinker, then just take the sugar out.
- Cut out all 'starchy' carbs; these can be found in potatoes, chips, bread,pasta an rice
- Exercise in the morning before you eat breakfast. They might sound like a pain but it's highly effective because your burning fat without consuming anything over the past 8/9 hours. Exercise should include 20 minutes of cardio like swimming, cycling or jogging. Then spend 10 minutes strength training.
do these 3 steps and you will notice result fast.

Here are some tips to help you lose weight: Diet: As I am sure you know already, cut down on all fatty foods, drink 8 glasses of water per day, eat 5 fruit/veg per day and choose low fat options. You could try joining a club such as weight watchers as this will give you lots of diet plans and help you to stay motivated.
