i am leaving for a trip in 30 days and want to lose belly fat about 5 to 10 pounds and thigh fat. how can i get rid of strengh marks on my thigh sides i am to embarrassed to ask my mom. what are exercises i can do to get rid of the fat i weigh 130 and need to get down to 120 for my to be happy with my weguth at least 125 before i leave help please, whats good eating tips to please respond and thanks i am only 14

•Cardio constitutes as an effective means of reducing belly fat, provided you keep it within reason. Losing belly fat with cardio is a tool. There is no way to target fat loss in any area of your body. You need to lose some of that extra fat over your abs. Even if you work out and get huge abs muscles, if there is still a layer of fat over them no one will ever get to see them. Cardio workouts are workouts that raise your heart rate for a given set of time. Some examples would be running, jogging, cycling, dancing and rowing.

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....

NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

take a multivitamin at night
