Eat healthful foods (and occasional treats) when you're hungry and stop when you're full. Eating tons of junk is unhealthy for everyone, regardless of your weight.

It is still not the best for you as it's empty calories. Your body needs nutrients in certain quantities to function. Think of your overall health and not so much just your weight. I wouldn't stress over it and totally avoid junk food but try to keep your diet filled with mostly nutritious food.

Well this all really depends on how old you are, how much exercise you do and your sex. So if you're about 16... you need about 2000 calories... if you also exercise you will need about 2200 calories... and if you're a male... you need about 2500 calories (if you're female, then 2200 is fine). The food that you do decide to fill your 2200 calories with should be healthy, lean, high quality protein, healthy fats, non-starchy vegetables, low sugar fruits and fiber filled whole grains.

Unfortunately your Q says it all. If you are that worried then a Doctor/ dietician is your best guide. There is a guide on the internet, "Ideal Weights for Height" and another recommended daily calorie intake. Your friends!!! are making you worry with words like anorexic so avoid those "Friends"

add more carbohydrates into your diet. Also do not cute out any of your protien as you need it to develope and maintain muscle. Skip the junkfood like chips and stuff. Eat more pasta and breads.

try whole grains cereals breads pastas rice try fruit and veggies like fresh fruit salads eat eggs lean meats low on junk like candy bake broil grill foods light on fats like butter little to none and same with oil

i feel the same way u do...except i actually am fat! lol but anyways wut i did was drink LOADS of water,it flushes the fat out and boosts ur metabolism, also since ur not fat try joggin u lose weight very quickly doing something like that also add ab excercises to your workouts, apparentley it helps u lose weight faster and u'll lose inches, dont get discoureged though if ur wait goes up at first, thats just the muscle building up Good Luck :)
