Question: I've recently watched "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead" and "Hungry for Change." They both motivated me to start juicing, I wanted to start small, only doing 10 days rather than 30 or 60. I was wondering how much weight I'll be losing. Keep in mind that I am 140lbs, also keep in mind that I do work out.

Hmm probably not much, if any, it will depend on working out and diet, and why do it for 10 days to get a little loss then gain it all when you come back off the juice? just a waste of time and money :) You wanna change your lifestyle if you wanna lose weight permanently, exercise with intensity 6 times a week and eat healthy, natural food, organic meats, and no processed carbs i.e. bread, pasta, cereal etc. 'Alexandria' well I presume you're female? either way juicing is bad for you, 10 days on a male won't do amazing amounts of damage, it depends how much you take, take a heavy enough dose and if may damage your natural testosterone and your testicals. As a female, even 10 days might cause you some very bad things, you will be much angrier, might get facial hair growth, slight braking and so on depending on the dose, women who do it for a long time get very masculine traits, the worst being that they get giant clits, literally like a small penis, it's awful :/ Bottom line is juicing is dumb, especially as a female (guessing you are on cos of your name) it's used by pro bodybuilders who are already at the bodies limit to get that last 5% Unless you are a pro bodybuilder you are wasting your time and money, take juice when you peak, and not for a long time, or consistently.

Let me tell you from my experience...I used to drink prune juice twice a day and sometimes only once ofcourse depending on what day it is. I needed to lose 30 pounds and honestly it did help me because it made me crap alot and go to the bathroom but i did not care i lost 30 pounds in 3 months actually 2 months in 23 days to be exact also i was excercising also but not to much just enough...But i think the prunejuice helps since you keep going to the bathroom i was so happy to know i lost so much weight.... goodluck!
