Im a Female.
16 years old
i'm 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds.
i want to go down to 105 pounnds..
so what would be the best and most effective way to lose those 15 lbs?? any help is appreciated.. thanks :)

YES, like the above mentioned, walking works
but if you want faster results, RUN
running is the best way to lose weight but you HAVE TO DRINK WATER THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU RUN, or else you will get too dehydrated and want to quit too quickly while youre running the next day.
i suggest that you try running around your block (pick quite a short, but SET distance for now) or around a track, and yes it is easier with a pal (above). if you dont like it, resort to walking. you should also listen to music while exercising.
OR you can POWER WALK, by walking briskly while moving your bent (at 90 degree angles) arms dramaticly while you walk
eating lots of carbs like bread, pasta, and RAISINS really really helps too, if you want to have more energy to exercise more,
BUT you have to run if you eat them or else you will just gain weight
and that does not mean eat pizza because it is made with bread, it means eating bread without butter or jam or anything sugary on it
if you ever actually get into the habit of running, or at least exercising every day for about 30 min. then you will actually WANT to eat healthy, because if you eat healthy and then exercise, it feels A LOT better because you will rarely get cramps
if you drink lots and lots of water, you might even eliminate cramps completely
when you eat calorie friendly fruits and vegetables that are in season they tend to taste better and you re more likely to enjoy them

is get out and WALK
my friend , done the 3 miles a day walk
and sometimes 3 mi in the morn and 3 mi in the evening
and she lost 67lbs and that was no diet - just good ole walking.. buddy up and it will go fast around the track
