Question: Im a Female. 16 years old i'm 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds. i want to go down to 105 pounnds.. so what would be the best and most effective way to lose those 15 lbs?? any help is appreciated.. thanks :)

YES, like the above mentioned, walking works but if you want faster results, RUN running is the best way to lose weight but you HAVE TO DRINK WATER THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU RUN, or else you will get too dehydrated and want to quit too quickly while youre running the next day. i suggest that you try running around your block (pick quite a short, but SET distance for now) or around a track, and yes it is easier with a pal (above). if you dont like it, resort to walking. you should also listen to music while exercising. OR you can POWER WALK, by walking briskly while moving your bent (at 90 degree angles) arms dramaticly while you walk eating lots of carbs like bread, pasta, and RAISINS really really helps too, if you want to have more energy to exercise more, BUT you have to run if you eat them or else you will just gain weight and that does not mean eat pizza because it is made with bread, it means eating bread without butter or jam or anything sugary on it if you ever actually get into the habit of running, or at least exercising every day for about 30 min. then you will actually WANT to eat healthy, because if you eat healthy and then exercise, it feels A LOT better because you will rarely get cramps if you drink lots and lots of water, you might even eliminate cramps completely

I was in the exact same boat as you. I was 5' 9" and about 206 pounds. I had always worked out and had muscle but I still had a lot of fat on me. I just didn't understand why I couldn't lose weight. Then I got P90x as a gift. I always saw the commercials and just figured it was another stupid tv workout program. I was so wrong. I am a little over a month into it and have lost 20 pounds. It's crazy. I'm not saying this is the only way to lose weight but if you have 100 bucks to spend then I would invest in it. Cheaper than any gym. All you have to do is really watch what you eat, I was like you, didn't drink soda or anything. My problem was portions. I didn't realize that until I started paying attention. Just try to stay active and eat super clean. I also tried Lipo 6 Black. It's some fat burner. It helped keep me motivated and energized. Can't say it would work for anyone, I treat it like a placebo. I feel like if I think it will give me more energy, then it will. It's worth a shot. Good luck and if you have any questions let me know. Hope I could help. And yeah, please don't starve yourself. Not worth it. You'll eat up and muscle you may have and mess yourself up. Had friends that have tried that, but I'd rather have a little fat on me than go through what they did.

when you eat calorie friendly fruits and vegetables that are in season they tend to taste better and you re more likely to enjoy them

the best thing u can do to lose weight and inches is get out and WALK my friend , done the 3 miles a day walk and sometimes 3 mi in the morn and 3 mi in the evening and she lost 67lbs and that was no diet - just good ole walking.. buddy up and it will go fast around the track good luck

try Herbalife products..it is very effective and nutritious too.. i was 140lbs last month and now i'm 120 lbs... try it you'll love it... well herbalife as we speak are not pills.. it is safe that an 8 year old can use... try browsing Herbalife products on your computer =)

do or do not. there is no TRY. eating lots of veggies and some fruits, drinking lots of water, exercise and being careful about fats is guaranteed to result in a slimmer healthier you. BUT, sneaking chips, fast food, chocolate, cookies, pop and other junk will undo your good work ask your mom for help you dont need a scale, your clothes will tell you..... it doesnt happen overnight or even in a month. it takes time and lots and lots of raw veggie snacks
