Question: I'm 5'4" and about 115 lbs. I want to get down to 105 lbs within a month and I exercise about 5 times a week and I always have and lately I seemed to have gained weight and I don't eat a lot either so any tips to lose weight? The only beverage I drink is water and I don't count calories but I know I can't be eating more than 800 on average for sure so how can I lose 10 lbs?? I don't eat fast food, chips, salty food or anything like that ever. I also only drink skim milk or soy and fat free yogurt. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables daily soo I don't get why I am gaining weight, and I didn't just start this, i've always eaten healthy like this.

PEANUT BUTTER :D nuts, nut butters in general olive oil and butter avocado dried fruit smoothies milk and juice with meals/snacks denser grains like bagels super dark chocolate if you don't like the sweet stuff Don't be afraid of eating sweets though, if you ever feel like it! You can also add in a supplement like Benecalorie, Ensure Plus, Carnation Instant Breakfast VHC, etc. if you're still not up to your intake needs. Don't let yourself go more than about 3 hours without eating. Lots of little meals throughout the day will help you not get overfull. Good luck!

Eat healthy: eat 3 whole meals a day. For your meals, you want something healthy and that fills you up so that you don't get hungry again for a long time. You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast. Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice. THey are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily. Diets don't work in the long run. When you consume too little, or deprive yourself of certain foods, you are also not getting the essential nutrients. That's why everyone gain the weight back and more in diets. Diet's are a plan for fail. INstead, just focus on eating healthy. You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Opt for a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. that's how you lose weight and keep it off for good. For the exercise, don't overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Rememeber to rest for 1 day of the week. Also, if 1 hour is too long for you, you can BREAK IT DOWN thorughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon myabe, and sometime before or after dinner. It's more managaeable that way. Walking, jogging, running or swimming are aerobic/cardio exercises and they burn the most calories and fat. They will make you strengthen or build your muscle and keep you burning more calories and fat. eat healthy and exercise is the golden rule of losing weight. Good luck hun :)

I'm much bigger than you, so i don't know if it'll have the same effect, but i used the Ministry of Sound Dance workouts (all of them are pretty intense) every day for about 3 weeks and managed to drop 2stone and toned up, felt healthier etc etc etc. But the work outs are HARD! Mainly dance routines and for the best effect try and complete the whole set (as outlined in dvd). But also, if diet tricks are your thing, then i've used various and many over the years, but i've found a couple real keepers! The first is super simple, literally drink 2-3 litres of water a day for about 2-3 days and you'll obviously lose all your water weight, which is only temporary, i admit, but is a great way to boost your metabolism and jump start serious weight lose, plus, good for the skin, hair, nails etc etc. Also, kinda gross, but people (esp big folk) tend to store lots of...erm....excess...in their colon. Sometimes up to 10lbs!!! The BEST way to get rid of this (also, not a quick fix, but a permant one and it's great) is to buy something called Physillium Husks. Pretty cheap and can be bought from healthspan (by far the best one) and Holland and Barret and various other health food places. Mix the provided big measuring spoon into a pint of water and drink twice a day, morning and evening. Also, chase this with 1-2 natural laxatives (peppermint oil etc) and rinse repeat for a couple days, or, until you pass. You WILL know when it's working because likely you will poop something long and leathery. Gross, i know, but it's great for you. It works as a detox, removed horrid stuff AND you cut down your weight. Do it a couple times a year and it stops build up AND keeps you regular and stops any nasty things like IBS and ulcers etc. When I first did it, i dropped 7lbs instantly. It's not a miracle, it's just natural stuff your body didn't do. (red meat is a big cause). Apart from that, Green Tea and perppermint tea are great detoxers and when combined with the above, REALLY speeds up your weight lose. None of these is permanant in the sense that it will continuously keep you losing, but once it's gone it's gone. and you'd be surprised how much you can lose so quickly AND SAFELY. See, i didn't try and sell you anything, but i hope i helped. Weight lose is not fun. Good Luck!!!
