Question: Im super constipated and need something like a laxative but i dont have access to the store. I dont have prunes, mineral oil, epsom salt, or anything like that. I have olive oil, sea salt, tart cherry juice, milk and other various items. What should i do?!

You need to permanently change your diet or you are likely to get colon cancer. Constipation can make you extremely unwell and can lead to colon cancer as it causes a build up of carcinogenic toxins in the system. Well this isnt food but I will NOT go gheap on my toilet paper!!! Its something I refuse. Or paper towels!! I never really noticed the difference in cheese. We eat cheap cheese AND cheap shells n Cheese. BUT I must admit i have to have Kraft mac n cheese not store brand :) EDIT: I also think it depends on the store brand. Some store brands for certain items are pretty good. and yes generic cereal is almost always as good if not better!!!

I don't like generic bread, cheese, ketchup, Cheerios or Lucky Charms. Everything else is fair game, in fact, I usually buy generic whatever because I'm on a budget.

Do you have corn syrup on anything really sugary (the cherry juice might help). The sugar in your intestines will create an osmotic effect and draw water into it... stimulating a bowel movement. That's basically how prunes work. Besides that, try drinking a LOT of water.
