It will not help you lose fat. It will only lose water from sweating under belt temporarily. Drink water, it comes back. Only way: eat healthy, don't go on ultra fad diet, don't make anything off limits (so it is sustainable) simply eat a smaller amt of something you like and compensate with extra exercise or change in other meals/snacks. Remind yourself its not all or nothing, keep short term positives in mind if you don't budge or go up on the scales for awhile (are your measurements better? Clothes different? stronger or more stamina) -- it is temporary if you stick to it. Exercise and set goals based on realizm. Reward self with a small coin in an jar for making a 10 minute walk goal. If weekly goal is 10 minutes 3x a week reward for all three then again for making weekly goal with something that would be nice to have but won't feel deprived if don't get. Gradually increase goals. At the end of a mnth if make 95% of goals for exercise a larger non-food treat. And break the jar at the end of a year and take that cash and spend it! Its attitude. Im not trying to be simplistic>>>>...it is hard. Get support. Get your doc involved and maybe a nutritionist. Get a personal trainer.....the investment for short term to establish a plan may be worth it. Consider a weight management psychologist (not psychiatrist) who specializes it to help with emotional and thought pattern blocks to progress to keep you on track...they can also help with a behavioral plan to keep you motivated. Good luck!

They are both temporary fixes that disappear when you drink water.
Diet is the main thing.. its 80% of your results
Cardio is next... try High Intensity Interval Training
Core training to tighten up the muscles would not be a bad idea.
Unless you can get your metabolism high, which will allow you to burn more calories and fat, you won't lose weight. Only healthy way to get your metabolism high is by doing cardiovascular exercise regularly, 3-4 times a weeks, 45 minutes to an hour at a time.
Of course, you also need to eat healthy by cutting out fat and minimize the intake of carbohydrates at night.
This is just the basics. If you are really interested in losing weight, there are nutritionists and fitness trainers that can help.
No gimmicky gizmo is going to help you lose weight. It takes work.

You have to do work to slim. There are no devices that will do it for you. You can only lose fat by eating LESS than the amount of energy you are expending. It takes 3500 calories to make a pound of fat, so you have to eat 3500 calories LESS than you use in exercise to get rid of that pound.

Only a change of eating habits, lots of water and exercise will do the trick. You can still eat what you like, just LESS.

no, you can't burn fat from one area in your body. fat comes on evenly off your body. Also Saunas do not burn that many calories. It may burn calories because an increase in temperature body temperature caused by the sauna will cause increase in blood flow which cause calories to be burned by your body, but it is not that much. also exercise is not the only thing that burns calories. your body burns calories even at rest. the key to fat loss though is to burn more calories than you are taking in
