Hi , I'm 14 years old and I do lose weight really fast . But is there some type of liquid I can make in order to burn fat fast . or any other things ? my friends and I are going to Florida in 5 days but I new something done in 4 . HELP PLEASE ! Quick diet ? I BEG !

In these 4 days you have to do suffer for a little. Eat much less food and exercise a lot. If you eat 1000 calories you have to burn 3000 calories by exercising!!!

Do some crossfit training, you can find many routines online.
Cross Fit (or Functional Intense Training) is very good, and gives you a great cardio workout in a short period of time.
Hi, im your age and im going to the beach in a week as well. Ive been trying to lose weight over the last couple weeks, and so far so good. Bananas, grapefruit, hot peppers, and vinegar are all big fat burners. Cutting 500 calories out of your diet everyday and exercising everyday can help you lose 1-2 lbs a week. Eat healthy foods every day in an eight hour time frame, and if you dont have any exercising equiptment, you should look up fat burning exercises to do, and pick out at least five to do everyday that suit you best. If followed, you could lose up to three lbs by the time you go to florida. Good luck(:

I have three tips for you to be in shape.
1. Wake up early in the morning. The more you sleep, the more your fat builds up.
Go for running. Go to a park, and run or the tracks till you start sweating. The more you sweat, the better it is, because your fat is getting burnt. Do it for half an hour. You may take a two day break.
2. Stay away from sugary foods, potatoes. You can eat other food, and doesn't matter if you eat up a bit of calories because you body needs calories, but it doesn't need excess calories coming from oily food. Keep them away from your sight and tell everyone at your home not to eat it in front of you. Also, avoid going around in malls where junk food is sold. The food will be very tempting first, but you have to try your best to just stay away and not remind you of it.
3. If you feel hungry, you can have yogurt, graham crackers, plain salted popcorn. If you crave something sweet, you could have fruits. Peaches are sweet. You have to substitute fatty foods with less fatty foods.
Don't give breaks to yourself. This won't work if you eat junk food one day and the exercise vigorously the other day. For one month, you also have to restrain on food that is gaining up on calories.
For meals, you can have anything you like, but cut down on carbohydrates like pasta, fats like cheese. Drink skimmed milk. Yoghurt will definitely help you in cutting down weight as it helps digestion. Have plenty of fruits and vegetables, better grilled or steamed than fried. Broccoli is the best, but many don't like it, so. Actually green vegetables have the least calorie content, that's why they are eaten.

Weight loss plan....Cut down your intake and expand your outake (i imply output).Try substituting your meals with salads and healthful meat choices while growing your cardio session. Be in a position to lose some mass should you do embark on a cardio regime to burn off that fat.

Honesty, the best way to lose weight is to maintain a balanced diet and exercise regularly, all these advertised pills and tablets are fake. I'm sure you look good as you are :)
