Question: hi, i want to know how to lose my stomach weight....i am 156 cm ad 63 kg my body looks okay but have extra weight to my stomach and the sides!! what should i do to lose weight and not be gym or push ups!! what kind of exercises i can do to help me to lose my weight and what kind of food will help me to get more healthy? There is no such thing as spot fat removal! You just lose the weight and your body will decide where it comes off. When you are down to your last few lbs, that is when carb cycling becomes quite helpful, but before that, just regular "dieting" is all you need. Anyway though, do not worry, because going to a gym and doing push ups won't help you lose weight (unless you do something like circut training/tons and tons of constant push ups). All you have to do is eat healthier and get around 30-40 min of cardio at least 3 days a week. You want to reduce your Total Daily Energy Expenditure by no more than 20% in order to lose weight in a healthy manner (look around on scoobysworkshop.com he has a calculator somewhere on there for free). Eating Tips: -Eat many small meals a day instead of 3 large ones -Makes sure all your food is 10% calories from fat or less (unless it's healthy fats). -Eat plenty of avacados, nuts, and olives for healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats -Try to eat lean sources of protein (chicken, fish, turkey; no ham or roast beef) -Include many different fruits and vegtables. The more colorful your plate, the better -Avoid pop all together -Get complex carbs. A good example is plain oatmeal. It is amazing for you! I'm working on losing a few inches around my stomach as well. Abdominal exercises combined with cardio works pretty well. It may take awhile because stomach fat tends to be the most stubborn fat and the last fat to go. Lots of foods with fiber helps lots because it keeps you regular which can also make your stomach appear smaller. Also, make sure you drink lots of water with your fiber otherwise it can clog you up. But you should drink lots of water anyway. Good luck! :D

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows: Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly) eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken. also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise. * you should lose about 10 lbs per month
