Topic: What exersises should I do to lose belly fat and to lose weight?

I am a 13 year old girl, I am 5'3 and weight 180 lbs. So I am super self cautious with my body now that highschool has started and I want to lose weight and stomach fat. My goal 100 pounds or 105 pounds but I am not sure what exercises i should do, how long i should do them, and how much i should do. I tried crunches but I did not see results and it made me even more self cautious. At one point I starved myself to try to get skinny but my family found out and had me eat. So if you any of you guys/girls have any idea of what work out i should do, please tell me.
(Before any of you say it, yes, I am aware I am very fat and that is why I am trying to lose weight.)
Edit: I eat 1200 cal a day, should I lower it?

The best exercises for losing weight is to put down your fork and walk away from the table
The reason is that weight loss and weight management are 80% diet. NO amount or type of exercise will have the same impact as changing your diet. People who are overweight are overeaters. To lose weight you have to eat fewer calories than your body uses each day. You can increase your caloric burn and tone your muscles by exercising, but it is much easier to cut 700 calories out of your diet than it is to burn 700 calories through exercise. That is why changing both what and how much you eat is so critical. You should be eating a nutrient-rich diet -- focused on lean protein and fresh vegetables -- of around 1,500 calories a day. Talk to your parents and discuss how you all, as a family, can support your goal of a healthy body. There is a great program by Chris Powell. Look at your public library for Extreme Transformation: Life Long Weight Loss is 21 days and his Extreme Makeover Bootcamp DVDs. You can also have your parents order these online. If your family or you are up for a bigger challenge, look into Beach Body's Focus T25 DVD set that includes a meal guide. Both of these use real food, offer lots of choices, and provide a combination of diet and exercise.
You are only 13, so you should worry too much about WHAT kind of exercise you do. You can walk, swim, ride a bike, shoot hoops, hike, do yoga or pilates, try CrossFit or Zumba, play soccer or tennis. The list goes on and on. There are dozens of workout you can find online and books and DVDs at the public library. Look some up and try them. Find what you like. Mix it up. If you work towards getting a full hour of exercise every day -- a combination of a class, gym-style workout, doing something with you friends, and walking the family dog -- you will feel better, be burning calories, and using your muscles.
Finally, do not focus on a number on the scale. Yes, weight is an indicator of obesity, but two people can weight the same amount and have very different bodies or look the same or wear the same size and are 20 pounds different in weight. A female your height should weight between 110 and 135 pounds, not 80 pounds. Focus on establishing healthy habits and not bingeing on junk or late night sweets. Aim for healthy. I guarantee you that if you start now, you can lose 30 pounds in the next 3-4 months and that will change your life. If your goal is 50 pounds over the next year, you will find that you will be an entirely different person -- and an average goal of one pound per week is actually reasonable.
Understand that you didn't get to 180 pounds overnight. Your weight is a result of your eating habits over the last 13 years. You can't expect a few situps to change that. You will need to work hard (and in partnership with your parents) to change what you eat and control emotional eating (eating when you are stressed, unhappy, bored, etc.). It is a process. You will have good days and bad. Weeks where you lose and ones where you don't. That is fine. If you adopt a reasonable eating and exercise plan that you stick with, the weight will come off. It isn't rocket science. It is just hard work.
Foods you should cut out or decrease substantially include: fast food, junk food, sweets, soft drinks, juice, milk, cereal, pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes. Focus on fresh veggies, lots of water, small portions of lean protein, and tiny portions of good fats like nuts, avocado, and coconut oil.
