Question: I am 15, I weigh 123 lbs and I am 4'11. It is Jan. 17, and I hope to flatten my tummy by April for spring break. It would be my first time wearing a bikini if I could make this happen. Pleasee help w. detailed answerrs such as a diet&fitness regimen. Thank You !

Well first off you may actually need to tighten your abs! Do some crunches and run! Also its not a diet but a life style change! I used what I like to call the sandwich life style change only because I like them that much. For breakfast I ate a bowl of honeynutt cheerios in some low fat yogurt. For lunch a sandwich on wheat bread (look at the calories in everything even the cheese) Some deli sliced meat its like 50 calories for 5 pieces which makes a pretty big sandwich and cheese. Some baked lays chips. For dinner something like chicken and veggies but mix this up and keep it sensible. NO SODA"S OR JUICES ONLY WATER!!!! The main thing is to find what you like and make sure the caloric content is low. It doesn't have to be sandwiches but needs to be something low fat and low calories. You need to eat a min. of 3-4 meals a day...can sub meal with a good snack. this speeds up your metabolism. DO NOT EAT T.V. dinners because they are loaded in sodium and this includes the HEALTHY ones. You have to burn more calories than you take in. Sorry long winded but I could talk days on this particular subject! I have had many trail and errors and I know what works and what doesn't. Good luck and hope this has helped somewhat. The wii fit! Also if you have a iphone or ipod touch theres a nike app on there for fitness and has some great work outs! good luck! Im 16 5'2 and weigh about the same, and i have to say i have some great abs for both of those workouts!

At least 15mins of ab workouts everyday. I use fittracker for food advice, hundreds of exercises to choose from and a venue to track my progress. Hope this helps!

Start running and do some core exercising like crunches and yoga. Don't eat junk food and get a lot of sleep.

crunches wouldnt work - they dont burn fat - they build muscle so would make your belly lookl bigger. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
