i got hemorrhoids so it really hurted going to the bathroom so i kinda hold it in, then went to the doctor he gave me an oinment, it took the pain away but i was constipated and couldnt defecate over 4 days i made an enema and everything was great again i normally defecated the next 2 days at the 3rd day the same thing now have been 5 days and my hemorrhoids still dont hurt they are unswallowing but i am constipated people say that another enema is not good so i went to the doctor he gave me pills for constipation called BISACODILO for 30 days, i took the 1st doze but they wont work either. the only thing that comes out is a little of pus.
what can i do? i need to defecate? i´m desperate...

I am surprised your doctor didn't recommend dietary and lifestyle changes to fix the problem for good. More fiber would help both the hemorrhoids and constipation. Hemorrhoids come from straining. Plus exercise, more water, dealing with any emotional issues, etc.
For fast relief, a sea salt flush works really well - mix 2 teaspoons of sea salt (not table salt) with 32 ounces of warm water, and drink all at once. Lots of coffee can get things moving. Senna or senna tea works overnight or after several hours. You can also take a lot of vitamin C. It will loosen your bowel movements but any excess vitamin C will be washed out of your system through your urine.
Enemas are bad to do all the time where you become dependent, but it is better to do an occasional enema than be constipated. It doesn't sound like you have done too many enemas at this point. Your bowels should move every day to prevent toxicity, and that is your bigger issue right now.

The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

i think its constipation and hemorrhoids are very common to have at the same time. In fact, constipation is the number one cause of hemorrhoid symptoms.
