No. You cant eat as much as you want on any diet. I mean sure you can but you wont loose any weight... You have to eat balance meals not tons and tons of protein shakes

Most of these diet pill products clearly state on the labels that their "claims/statements have not been approved by the FDA." I know it seems like false advertising; but they put the disclaimer right on the labels. Maybe some of them work for some people, I don't know. I've never had success with any one product or combination of products. I think it all comes down to diet and excercise in conjunction with a determined mind set to achieve your goals. I have not found a magic pill in all my 47 years.

They always have tiny print in the corner that says "results not typical" or they'll say "when combined with regular exercise..." Then it's not scamming.

These diets don't work. In fact the Atkins diet has been linked to health problems. The only thing that works is exercise and eating less. I know two people who tried the Atkins diet. One had a stroke and the other developed diabetes. Coincidence? Probably but perhaps not.

Yep. On Atkins you are allowed to eat as much as you want. Generally stick to fat and protein, no carbs.

It works like magic, but in not on it anymore. It is a strict diet you have to be careful, cause your playing with your insulin levels. If you decide you want off the diet or its not for you, EASE back into the carbs. you eat meat and cheese and no carbs. basically no sugar, and you burn fat instead of carbs. You can eat as much as you want, but after awile you wont want to lol. exercise isnt in the program, but its always encouraged, i wouldnt exercise at all the first month of the diet. i went off it cause i run a lot and i need the carbs. but if i ever need to loose weight quick ill use it. The first week gets rough after a few days. You crave sugar, so you might get dizzy, ect. after almost 2 weeks with about 20 carbs a day, i felt a soberness and clarity like ive never felt. It makes your breath stink though, and you will get constipated from all the protein and no fruit, so you might need to take husks or something to help with that. you basically eat 20 carbs a day, then after 2 weeks you gradually increase your carb level until you hit your "balance" of carbs where you dont gain or loose weight (this of course after loosing the amount of weight you want to loose) Its not a diet for the weak of heart though. Its a no frills no thrills diet that will loose the weight. the opposition to the diet is that its bad for you to not eat carbs. (not that it doesnt work) this can be argued a million different ways, its really up to the person. oh yeah i forgot to say like the 2nd day my *** felt like it was going to explode and it did, i think i crapped out like old years of sugar built up. It dropped like no other. I did the diet to a T for 3 weeks then eased back into my carbs like i said cause im a runner. You could probably loose that 40 pounds in like 2 months on this diet, less if you go real hardcore on the no carbs. Never go below 20-30 carbs a day thou. just wanted to add i wasnt on it that long because i only wanted to loose like 5-10 pounds, im not really overweight. I lost 10 pounds in like a week but probably a lot of water weight.
