Question: I'm about 5'7 and 105 pounds. I really want to gain 10-20 pounds over the next few months. I will do anything. What foods should I be eating? What are some easy high calorie snacks? Help!

You dont want to go just packing on weight, by eating crappy foods, it will have harsh results on your body, especially your heart. If you need to gain weight, you need to build up your muscles, start working out and eat high protein foods!

Carbs! And lots of them. Pasta, bread, rice, etc. Anything that has a lot of carbs will help you gain weight. And it won't just give u a gut and fat legs like fast food. I've never said this before, but good luck trying to gain weight. Hope i helped :)

Eat high-calorie snacks that at least have SOME sort of nutritional value (vitamins, proteins, potassium, etc.) Some examples include bread, pasta, peanut butter, granola bars, cereal, maybe even potato chips (but go for Baked or Organic kinds). If you want to get STRONGER (not just gain weight), of course you should also: 1. get lots of Calcium (hint: milk) 2. lift weights, swim, row, stuff like that I hope this helps

you need to eat 20x your current body weight 1 gram of protein for each pound u weigh eat plenty of proteins, plenty of carbs live from oasta, brown rice, oatmeal, rye bread, vegetables, fruits tuna, chicken, eggs, beef an lift weights it would be better to gain muscle mass

If you want to gain weight fast, work out for 30 minutes two to three times a day. Make sure you stay hydrated. You will gain muscle and a little fat. This is a good thing. Don't pig out on junk food. Make sure you get lots of vitamins, carbs, and protein. Stick to lean meats, fiber, starches such as potatoes, and vegetable. Dairy is good, too, but fattening- so you dont need much. This way, you will gain healthy weight. Some people actually lose weight when eating junk food because sugar is just empty calories, meaning you are not getting real energy. This also causes you to be malnourished.
