Question: I just need to lose the little flab at the belly... its not so bad that I'm a circle, but I can just grab it with my fingers. I have a swim party tomorrow, and i need a way to get rid of it. I've considered not eating breakfast and staying up late and not eating food, but is there something else i can do?

Skipping breakfast is a very horrible thing to do your supposed to eat breakfast.... ufc lose weight really fast by eating steak and running on a treadmill all day long and if you skip breakfast you will need more to fill you up at lunch and if you skip that your body goes in starvation mode and it holds on to fat so unfortunately their is no fast way to lose body fat to your desire
