Question: I desperately need to know the fastest way to lose belly fat so I can fit into my prom dress next month! Please help!!

liposuction FACT seriously; eat a standard size 30g breakfast NO SUGAR and light milk snack for dinner like a sandwich and banana or a oat bar and fruit then a normal size tea should bring ur total calorie intake up to about 1300-1500 (if you already eat this then lower it with smaller portions) do light morning exercises such as start jumps, skipping, light jogging/power walking then do a work out in the afternoon consisting of a light jog to warm up then plenty of ab cycles (Google it if ur not sure) a squats and then a jog to cool down also be as active as you can if you have to go to the shops walk if you have nothing better to do than listen to music grab ur MP3/4 player (hopefully u dont have an ipod lol) or ur phone and some head phones and go jog some more... P.S. not to say that any of the above are wrong but fat is processed into guess what fat and simple carbs are also processed in to fat complex carbs are good for you and should actually be your main source of energy things like sweetcorn are good but basically it should go protein ,complex carbs, simple carbs then fats if you can eat a fat free diet u will lose fat FACT also drinking water lowers your appetite for a while but since it increases you metabolism it also makes you hungrier but sill do drink lots of water as the above is correct that it helps you "absorb"(metabolise) your nutrients

don't worry about doing X amount of benches for X amount of time - Your body will tell you when you have done enough. Basically whatever makes you feel good about your workout. I only workout once a week for 30 minutes and I maintain a decent body. The trick is I am active - Im always taking the stairs instead of the elevator, I'm always working on my yard, I'm always cleaning house, or dancing with my daughter, or walking the dog - I don't take 'much' time to sit around and watch t.v. or play video games. Thats all it really takes. our bodies werent created to sit around all day. They were created to be builders and hunters, thats why when we arent active our bodies get sloppy on us. As far as eating goes - then yes you should eat 5 to 6 Small meals a day (not big ones) the reason is when we wait so long between meals our body stores fat in order to maintain energy until we eat again. If we eat often then our body is no longer afraid to burn that energy since it knows it will recieve more shortly. "what you should eat" - instead focus on what you Should *not* be eating. No more sodas, cookies, cakes, or sweets in general. No more fried foods, or greasy foods, or high fat foods. Be careful with juices too, which have a LOT of sugar in them. things that are good to eat are vegetables and fruits (obviously). Chicken and fish (high in protein) high fiber foods like whole grain bread instead of white - whole grain pasta's and cerieals. Low fat milk, low fat yogurts. Drink more water. Healthy snacks: instead of chips eat almonds and nuts. It's easy, but takes time - just eat healthier foods and be more active. you will lose that belly fat.

To trim your "belly fat" within a month, a good way is to maintain a clean diet, high in protein and moderate fats with slightly lower carbs than you would usually intake. Clean foods are the key - no processed snacks or anything, no carbonated drinks. Lots of water should be consumed to keep yourself hydrated and to help absorb nutrients from your foods. 5-6 small meals per day (breakfast, mini meal 1, lunch, mini meal 2, then dinner.. and if you want another small meal before bed, aim for some cottage cheese and almonds, or a protein shake if you've supplements). By all means, if you can find the time and ambition to as well, do a variety of ab exercises some days, and do your best to keep your eating clean. Best of luck, I'm in the same boat as you! Well I don't know if it will work in time but there is a sight that has something called the point system that really helps and you can make it fit practically any schedule. Otherwise run every day, drink lots of water and eat small meals, drinking tons of water lowers appetite so you'll eat less

a balanced diet with excersizes try an excersize plan with alot of protein and cutting down on fatty foods and fizzy drinks out of the two fizzy drinks are the worst since they are the ones that really make people gain fat. also try to squeeze in your 5 fruit and veg a day.

Running and cardio will cause you to lose belly fat. .unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. .the fat's going to be lost all over your body. And you wouldn't increase inches if you did weights. .you'll lose inches there, because muscle takes up less space than fat. It has a two fold benefit, too. .muscle takes up less space, and you burn more calories even when you're not doing anything if you have more muscle!
