Question: I need to lose 25-30 lbs....& keep it off...whats the best foods to eat... I will exercise as much as possible...but I want a sensible liveable diet..?

The best way and most healthy way to diet is to eat less and do more. Try not to snack after 5pm. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink a lot of water. Good luck with your weight loss.

try eating a high fiber cereal for breakfast (use almond milk, or even soy if you prefer) fruits and veggies are good, some have more fiber than others so choose those lots of water tea, or any hot drink really, can help too

Cut your portion sizes by 20%. Snack on fruit or nuts but no chocolate. Exercise more, and then some. Completely cut out junk food. Cook yourself - it's easy and better for you Once the weight is off, keep exercising but just not so much, then keep eating the same way you have been, as this will now be second nature. There is no miracle cure. You have to take it one day at a time, and treat yourself occasionally but then get on to exercise the next day to make up for the treat. Good luck

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

go low gi diet, don't cut out carbs just go low gi carbs, carbs raise blood sugar, blood sugar activates insulin release, insulin stores fat, you do eat a bloody lot of food but this is the easy way to reduce that i know of. lose the rice and replace it with barley and oats you need to add nuts and where are the veges and fruit, eat as many veges and fruit as you can and lose some meat and where the hell do you buy tilapea? in australia it is a pest and even though it is killing our natural aquatic ecosystem, if we are caught with it in an esky we get fined for having an illegal fish even though they know it has to be killed, some laws are so stupid, anyway you need to stop thinking carbo-load protein building foods and totally pig out on every fruit and veg you can get, cut back some protein and go low gi, this will bring you back in balance.good health
