Question: Hi I want to lose belly fat badly and i'm not sure what to do and i'm trying to eat healthier and eat less so it's not the diet but i need to know what exercises to do.

Abdominal crunches on an exercise ball are great for strengthening and toning the abs. You can't spot reduce fat, however. You have to reduce overall body fat and often the fat around the middle is the last to release. I also tell my clients to eat smaller meals more times (5-6) per day. When a body is starved it will store fat. When it believes that times are good (when it's being feed good nutrition often) it will release fat. Situps everynight! Start with doing them in a set time limit like 2 minutes and each night add more time, or add 10 extra situps everynight. Now when you do the situps have somebody help you, and make sure you keep your arms folded and your hands fully on your shoulders. And you can also add side cruches for the muffin top. Next kind of exercise, is have a partner, lay on your back, have your partner stand above your head, you hold on to their ankles, lift your legs up straight and have your partner push them down everytime you bring them up, do 50 or more everynight. If you don't feel any burn in the morning, set a goal to do more and more, If you want to do these at night and in the morning, your not hurting anything. Also do them both, and try to look up military PT (physical training) on YouTube and see what they do.

if u would like to lose belly fat do about 100 crunches the most powerful workout is the ab louange and do it for about 5 hours a week and do crdio workouts and rat healthy

Diet is the key to weight loss. Cut all fats and junk food. Cardio 3 times per week will speed up the fat burning. There are no exercise to burn belly fat as there is no such thing as spot reducing. Lean diet and cardio will allow you to lose 2 pounds per week.
