Question: So i am training MMA for 5 months and i burned fat but its not good enough so i decided to go for Atkins Diet,is it good way to lose excessive fat and how much will i loŇ°e that way if i really watch out on my diet

The professional body builders I know, only do this kind of thing 1 month before their show. To do this long term or for any significant amount of time is dangerous. The reason they do this is it helps shed Water weight and Glycogen stores which are held in muscles, creating more muscle definition that we can see , its for visual affect. Then right after the show, they are getting their carb on. So if your not competing, I wouldn't recommend the Atkins. Get your main bulk of your carbs from veggies, sweet potatoes, oats, some fruit and brown rice. Build your muscle to help burn fat, sculpt a nice body and add cardio for more fat burning power. Watching calories to create the necessary deficit to lose weight. Your diet should support healthy skin, organ function, hormonal balance and a healthier you.

I personally consider this a fad diet. And one that isn't backed by science. Any basic health class teaches that Carbohydrates are essential to the body for energy. And a diet that suggest extremes such as leaving or nearly leaving out an entire food ,potentially entire nutrient groupings. It's not healthy. Cutting out some fat is fine, if you intend to do so. Limit Trans fats and Saturated fat as much as possible. This means cutting out fried foods and limiting red meat. It still leaves plenty of other options and doesn't cut out something entirely. The best diet, is always going to be a balanced diet full of healthy options.

You need a healthy diet AND exercise, not one or the other. Be wary of the Atkins diet. Dr. Atkins died of complications due to eating too much meat. The brand may have changed their diet, but the original ironically killed the creator.

Like with anything, Dr Atkins makes money because you don't know biology. So he takes a few ideas and puts them into the neat package. It's what people are looking for, they want hard rules. If you know the biology, yes you can lose weight by lowering your carb intake. But I don't want to see you asking "...but under a full moon it says ... so does that count?" I generally do carb back-load which means it's bagels for breakfast, pasta salad for 5 meals a day and some danishes for dessert. For some, that's just a normal day. That's when lowering your carbs will be immensely helpful. Low carb is not a lifestyle. But we know they are physically huge (in comparison to other macros) piles of energy that can give us too much that we store. Therefore...:---...(...) taking in less giant energy balls will make us less likely to store extra.

you can keep losing as long as you are in a calorie deficit. the atkins diet might make it easier and faster to lose weight because your body is not having an insulin response but it still comes down to how much you are eating. as long as you eat less than it takes to maintain your weight, you keep losing weight.
