I'm 12 years old, female, and weigh 190. [yes I know Im big keep your rude comments to yourself]
My goal is 120.
If I do this every day, will i lose weight, how much time do you think it will take to lose 70 plus pounds, how much will I lose a week?
B: serving of weetabix cereal, 1/2 cup fat free milk. 1/4 cup fresh strawberries.
S: 1 vanilla dannon light+fit yogurt, 1/8 cup chopped walnuts.
L: 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 chopped apple, 6 grapes [halved] 1 multi-grain wasa crisp.
D. 1 haddock fillet, 6 spears asparagus, both cooked with a little pam olive-oil spray [has NO nutritional value, a.i. no calories, fat, sugar, ect...] topped with juice of 1/2 lemon.
S. 1 florida naval orange, 1 tbsp all natural pb.
Drinking as much water as possible throughout the day.
1 brisk hour walk.
2 reps of 20 situps, modified pushups.
2 reps of 25 squats, and lunges with a 10 pound dumbells.
I will try to do as much running as I can throughout the day...

Yeah, you'll lose weight. Neat! I'm your age! Any way, I weigh about 120 pounds and my mom complains about my weight sometimes. Well, you can lose weight that way, just as long as you keep up with that program of yours. And yeah, I'm female too. Cool!

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

I dont know how long, but good for you.Having a goal is the first step. You will reach your goal however if you dont give up. You will also feel better and live longer, plus a lot of other benefits. Obesity is getting to be the number one killer in the US.

You are going to lose weight but your diet sounds a bit odd, I mean its great things to eat when you are on a slim fast milkshake diet, but I suggest you get some higher protein in there somewhere so you can supply your body with some extra energy, and add something green in there somewhere, you know some sort of vegetable. But besides that, it looks like you know what you're doing, and you are losing weight healthy, which is good.
