I was wondering cause I recently stopped drinking pop I used to drink it all the time so what are some good health benefits I drink a lot of water so to keep me focused on not going back to pop I want to know some benefits

Im pretty sure we were meant to drink water. You can lose weight if you drink more than the average amount. It cuts calories. It keeps you alert. Your not as tired as someone who drank pop all day. Its natural. And gets rid of toxins

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, you should drink water at room temp or slightly warm. As cold water is not so good for your stomach.
For better health benefits, try squeezing the juice from half an organic lemon into warm or hot water and drink it upon rising first thing in the morning.
Preferably to be drunk instead of tea and coffee. If you really can’t survive with your morning coffee, at least wait an hour after consuming the lemon/water before you have your first coffee.
Most professionals suggest drinking the lemon/water first thing on an empty stomach and then waiting at least one hour before eating or drinking anything else.
This is ok to do at weekend but a bit impractical during a working week 9 – 5 type job. In this instance, still drink it first thing, then go off and have a shower/prepare for your day, and then have brekkie.
Really helps to build up your immune system, especially during winter.
