Question: im on a no carb diet, and its pretty hard hahaha ive been eating eggs, and tuna, and fruit, and green veggies but what else?

If you are on a no carb diet, why are you eating fruit? Fruit has a lot of carbs. Everything else you mentioned is good. I did a no carb diet eating only tuna and drinking only water and lost 40 pounds. I kept it all off too. I did it for 3 days at a time. It's not unhealthy if you do it for a short time, I'm fine. You can eat lean meat, cheese, fish, chicken, cottage cheese, salads, eggs, veggies (vegetables contain some carbs but it won't hurt your diet) and only drink water.

personally for me i get high energy levels on high car/low fat diet. if you really love fruit you should read the 80/10/10 diet my dr. graham ! this book as changed my life (cliche i know)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

a ketogenic diet does not have to be ZERO carb, only 50 grams of less. Some people are able to create ketones at more than 50 grams. In any case, don't forget your fats while on this diet. THe biggest mistake people make while attempting a low carb diet is they also cut out fats. So now they have removed TWO macronurtrients, carbs AND fats. All that is left is protein and they end up under eating. So have some raw almonds, or raw cashews or all natural peanut butter. As far as protein sources, salmon, talapia, whey protein powder, chicken, turkey, steak once per day is fine. good luck.

If you are doing this for two weeks, expect to put the weight back on quickly when you go off the low carb diet. Instead, try the "no sugar, no flour" diet. It is healthier. You can have all the fruits and vegetables you like. All lean meats, fish, poultry are fine. Just avoid sweets and bread. To satisfy that sugar craving, try grapes, mini carrots, sugar free jello.
