Question: 5 pounds in week 10 20 what's the fastest way to lose weight and still be healthy i take lithium, so you could imagine what it's like not to lose. im only going to do this for the next 11 days

You can lose 5-20 pounds in a week, it wont be healthy and when you come off your diet your probably balloon to an even bigger size as your body prepares for another stupidly insane fast. You should only be looking to lose 1-2 pounds of fat any more will be due muscle waste (muscle also helps burn fat). You have 11 days to lose weight so you will probably be able to lose 3 pounds. My advise pop some diet pills and report back im interested in how much a person could physically lose within that time.

weight gainer is crap to gain fat how about eat 8 times a day 5000cals really stuff down the food like 6-700cals a meal anything u want really cookies hot dogs hamburgers chips soda PB eggs nuts banana's brownies cakes any of ur favs man go al out everyday

you should lose couple of pounds a week if u lose 2 much weight at once ur skin will look saggy bcuz its lost elasticity.eat healthier cut out sugary foods and soda go the gym everyday even for half an hour this will help get u toned and healthy
