Are already asked a question how I could convince my parents to let me have a Facebook. In the question I forgot to mention that my parents had already made a deal with me that if I lose thirty pounds than I could get one (the only reason they did that is because they knew I wouldn't have the will power to do it). I haven't tried the answers I got in the last question, but just in case they don't work, what is the easiest and fastest way to lose 30 pounds? I'll go for a while barely eating anything and exercising, and than one day I'll get stressed or go on vacation and I'll gain all the weight back that I had lost. So how can I keep that from happening too? I'm 13.

Personally, I found (after a drastic 5 day diet) that the atkins diet (the cutting out of carbohydrates) definately is an effective diet if you want to loose weight quick but starvation isnt the answer. As a 16 year old girl, I will admit that I have battled with my weight. I have always been extremely underweight. But being a typical teenage girl I became obsessed with weight loss and lost weight really quick. Im still underweight but still find eating difficult. I answer these kind of questions alot and even though like I have said, im not a great role model to offer advice for quick weight gain. It just is quite shocking to read questions about girls your age wanting to be anorexic and wanting to drastically loose weight in such a short space of time. Lots of people say to me and a few friends have said that they think I will be a anorexic by the time im 19. But to be honest I think I agree with them. The way you have described the binge eating sounds like the way I would manage in the begining. Your parents using black mail like this is wrong. As long as YOUR happy with the way you look what does it matter what they think? xx

Low calorie intake. check the back of things u eat. Eat things with lowest calories. Plus take a jog/ run or walk. Exercise is what burns calories. Eat Healthy meals moderately.
