I know some one that did it, its a nasty process to go threw but he said it worked and didn't kill him. I would suggest you get all organic products, and make sure you use grade B syrup, the kind you put on pancakes wont work. pick up the original book about this, I believe its called "the master cleanser or something like that, I have it at home, at work now.

You only drink the nasty crap lemonade/molasses/cayenne mix and water. No food. Beware the salt water cleanse!
A friend of mine just did this and said the only benefit was he never fully appreciated how wonderful regular juice is.
I did this exact diet and it worked really well for me. I felt great afterwords and I lost weight too. I didn't have any adverse effects.

I am not overweight but I went on one of Anthony Robbins cleanses and lost about 14 pounds in 10 days. Not exactly healthy to loose weight that fast, but it is what happened to me. He has a whole cleanse kit that is about $300, and it was well worth the money. I feel much better, have better focus, and just feel... Healthy.
Pretty much the diet consists of veggies for 4-7 days... I did it for about 10... Breakfast may be steamed broccoli with lemon juice on it... an avocado sandwich on spelt bread... etc.
You should try it.
As far as the lemonade diet... I must say it sounds more like a fast to me... I prefer to eat... plus if you eat a bunch of veggies (roughage) trust me your colon is going to get a nice cleanse.
Hope this helped you.

i tried the lemonade cleanse. I didn't keep it up though because i made the mistake of trying to start it during finals week.. not a good idea.. a good friend of mine did it for almost 2 weeks however. he lost like 15 pounds and felt great! The only thing i can say from the few days that i used it... it makes you poop alot.. and its more like diarhea.. and the cayenne pepper and lemon juice make it really acidic so it can start to burn a little.. but if you want to do the cleanse, i'm sure it's worth it. another cleanse is the grape cleanse.. where you only eat grapes and drink water. i had an instructor who did that one and it has similar side affects, but less acid so less burning.. plus it feels like you are eating..

Do not do the salt water cleanse. It is dangerous. I tried it once and felt very sick. The way it works is that much salt is poisonous and can kill you, if it were digested. So the body just sends most of it thru so it comes out your behind.
Regular enemas are safe. I have done the lemonaide fast or diet. Almost all your benefits come from not eating anything not from the lemonaide ingredients. But if you rather do that (fast with lemonaide) than just drink water you will get the same benefits of fasting. I do fasts with only water. See this site to see what 8 MDs say about fasting.

Yes, but it's better to do a juice fast or a combination juice fast with the lemonade fast than just doing the lemonade fast by itself. It will definitely clean out the colon, which will get rid of a lot of problems. Indeed, death begins in the colon.

This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries don't have any more antioxidants in them than regular blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can HELP you lose weight. Not just make you lose weight.
That is the big lie these con artists are selling.
The "cleanse" tablets that usually come with them usually contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. This can deplete healthy bacteria and enzymes in the digestive system. And you can buy a quart jar of it for $10 at the grocery, not 60 tablets.
There is no such thing as a "fat burner pill".
Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You are spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
Don't be surprised if some outrageous charges hit your debit/credit card if you buy online. Go to the terms and conditions at any "acai" web site. Most sites you sign up for have an "auto ship" program and you will be sent more product at $50,$80 or $150 per month! Some people have to cancel their credit or debit cards just to get the automatic payment stopped.
That kind of money pays for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.
