Could be your iron level babies tend to take that from you. Let your DR know. He may want to check. In my area stomach bug is going around, some are having nausea and diarrhea and some just diarrhea or nausea.

Get some prune juice from the grocery store, and heat up a cup of it. Make it as hot as a cup of coffee, then drink it. This usually works really well to soften and make it easy to pass your poo. You really don't want to be constipated at this stage - with all the pushing during labour its nice to NOT have a full bowel. If you still can't "go" I'd suggest asking the pharmacist for something to help .
Hi! All bellys are different. I was constipated with my first & the complete opposite with my second child. However, I would definetly ask your Dr...especially if it's chronic & has you worried. Don't wait until your next appointment. Call the office. Good luck! I'm sure you'll be fine. :)

You're absolutely fine, it means you are doing well with drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fiber. IT is normal not to deal with constipation and you should feel blessed :)
