Hi I am 16 yrs old and i weight 190 lbs and i am 5'3 so i wanna do the hollywood cookie diet does it work?

Yes it does work, as it basically helps you control your calorie intake (the cookies are not a normal cookie but contain balances of proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins).
I've been losing weight consistantly now for 3 weeks (started at a US size 8 / UK size 12 and approx 140lbs) and have lost around 12 lbs, and a dress size. It now means that I can look forward to my evening meal and eat out in restaurants without picking at food - as my calories have been restricted during the day through eating the cookies. I do ensure that I have a very well balanced evening meal, such as grilled fish or meat, plenty of vegetables or salad and a few carbs - and I don't just pig out on rubbish like take-out pizza etc. Also I am walking approx 2 miles per day as exercise to keep my metobolism running at a high rate.
