Question: i need to lose about 10 pounds , but im confused about what over the counter diet pill to take to help me lose it faster. please tell me about ones you have taken that worked for you.

I agree with some of the answers above, having struggled with weight problems most of my adult life, i have found that the only real answer is regular exercise and a healthy diet. However i also know from personal experience that sometimes life gets in it´s way and that there can be other things that influence your weight, no matter how healthy the exercise and diet program you want to follow. I started using a strong natural appetite suppressant (you can find it in the resource box) and even though it is not the solution it sure did HELP me to maintain my exercise and diet problem because it helped me control my cravings. So no more bad feelings after stuffing my face during a mood swing and no more quitting my healthier schedule because i felt bad about myself. You know, it is sooo easy for people to say "just exercise and eat less and healthier and you will lose the weight" and even though that is the key to losing weight, it just isn´t always possible and sometimes you just need a little help to stick with your program! good luck to you and i hope you reach your goals like I did!

diet pills are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. if you really care about losing weight and being healthy- see a nutritionist or eat healthy and exercise.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at http://starturl.com/efblc along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. No. Nothing better then a balanced diet, which doesn't mean bad tasting, and minimum 20 minutes of excercise three to four times a week. Now the excercise doesn't have to be crazy boot camp stuff just enough to get your heart rate slightly elevated- brisk walk anyone??? Keep in mind that the two go hand in hand- it won't matter if you eat like a rabbit and sit on your a$$ all day, or if you run around like a nut and eat $hit either. Balance is the key and if you want lasting effect then a change in habits is what you will need if you want to be a perfect 10 by bikini season. Good luck and don't quit!!!

To answer your title question, no. Not if you want to lose the weight and keep it off. Diet pills are a temporary solution if that. Most of the time, they'll make you lose a bunch of water weight, and not much else. Often, they can cause or contribute to serious health issues as well. And as soon as you stop taking the pills, you'll gain the weight back. Meanwhile, you haven't solved the real problem: unhealthy eating and exercise habits. Skip the pills and get healthy.

Try Bicycling with baby attachment,or power walks with 5 pound weighs in both hands.But diet pills are the very worse thing you can do.It will hurt your chances for another baby.There is always jazzerise.Or a Bally's, Curves,24 hour fitness centers.
