Fat burning foods: citrus foods, soy beans, apples, berries, fresh fruit, asparagus, beets, cabbage, carrots, celery (raw), cucumber, garlic, lettuce, radishes, tomatoes. Here are some foods that help speed up metabolism: milk, whole-grains, oatmeal, jalapeno, habanero, cayenne, green tea, lean beef and chicken, salmon, tuna, and sardines. Likely there are some foods on that list that you do not want to eat so i would choose a couple that sound good to you and try to add them to your diet. Mainly you will want to lower your saturated fat intake and totally eliminate trans-fats. Drink as much water as you possibly can in a day, this helps to flush fat, toxins, and stored water that makes us bloat. Hope that this helps, good luck=)
