you cannot lose 20 lbs quick and easy unless u get lipo but i dont think you want to do that. if you really are serious about losing that amount you need to work out or else your really not serious about it

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. I'm 15 and I've been losing weight too. I started eating healthier and making better choices. So far I've lost about 16 pounds in 2 months and I haven't even exercised. of course, you're body may be different and you might have to exercise. I recommend it because you don't want to end up with flab! I would advise smaller portions and eating until you aren't hungry anymore. Eating just to eat can cause the weight gain like it did for me. Whatever you do, don't skip meals. It lowers your metabolism and makes it harder to lose weight, surprisingly. be healthy, and I hope this helped a little!!

No such thing as quick or easy. Certainly not quick AND easy. If you don't want to work out then don't expect things to be quick. Or that easy for that matter. @Alex: I highly doubt anyone would perform lipo on a 13 year old @:Other guy: let's be realistic here. Do you really think a 13 year old will stick to a clean cut for months?

Eat less. Look up calorie deficit. Eating clean foods. It will take much longer if you don't exercise but that's fine. In less than a year it's possible

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
