Question: BREAKFAST:A blueberry smoothie (Made with Blueberries,Vanilla Yogurt and Milk) and a Piece of Rye Toast with Peanut butter ( A healthy Peanut Butter i get a special one that is 100% Peanuts its not full of sugar like the normal peanut butter) LUNCH: A Bowl of Homemade chickpea, bacon and pumpkin soup (leftovers from Dinner last night) AFTERNOON SNACK: At 3:00 i had a Carot stick it was qutie a big carrot I Havent had dinner yet but has my diet been go so far? Was there anything not so good? Anything i shouldnt eat? And what would be a healthy dinner? should i just have more of the soup for dinner?

Sounds good so far! The only thing I would say about the smoothies is though they are very healthy they tend to be high in fat. My suggestion would be to swap the yogurt and milk for some crushed ice. You still get the healthy fruit without the fat :) Everything else sounds fine. As for dinner, if your tired of soups and salads, have some fish fish. Fish is very light, as well as being extremely good for you. You could try grilling it or sauteing it, perhaps with some steamed vegetables and some fresh fruit you'd have a nice healthy meal!

You are going to lose weight but your diet sounds a bit odd, I mean its great things to eat when you are on a slim fast milkshake diet, but I suggest you get some higher protein in there somewhere so you can supply your body with some extra energy, and add something green in there somewhere, you know some sort of vegetable. But besides that, it looks like you know what you're doing, and you are losing weight healthy, which is good.

the blueberry smoothie sounds good but should be saved for days where you plan on doing more exercise bacon is high in fat and sodium, try to not indulge in that too much, try for chicken, fish and beef and keep up with the chickpeas. make sure you know where the soup is from, was it made at home or in a store? If it's in a store then its packed full of sodium, which makes you retain water. just a big carrot stick? get a variety of veggies, you should see what I pack for a veggie snack, it's quite a bit of veggies and you can go all out with them, just be more moderate with using dressing and whatnot. try to drink lots more water (2 litres minimum) and add in some more veggies and meat to your mix of foods, AND ADD VARIETY.
