Question: I recently posted a question about how one would go about looing 100+ pounds fast. My aunty has been diagnosed with diabetis and has too loose 100 + pounds and obviously fast. She's 300 and maybe a little over or under. She's about 5'10". Does anyone know any daily work outs she can do, any home remedies that will burn fat fast and increase your mutabalisim and any other tips would be helpfull we are looking to reach her goal in 1 year MAX preferably under if possible. Try this weight loss plan , u follow the meal plan for 3 days in a week and the next 4 days you dont have to follow the plan, do this for a month , or longer if u would like - drink a lot of water (it helps get rid of unnecessary water weight- also - try the Hungry Girl website - its really cool- u can find recipes that dont deprive you of the things u love - subscribe to free hungry girl emails! jott down all your calories intake...eat no less than 1400 Cal and no more than 1800 Cal exercise daily. I recommend this DVD workout called SHAPE bikini body tranforming (google it) for the 1st couple months (buy it at amazon or half.com cause its cheaper) and when you are stronger, buy P90X (google it). If you dont want to buy it cause its expensive, download it online at limewire.com. :) good luck. you'll lose about 15 lbs in 3 months or even more..you never know, its all depends on your body.
