Question: I've already been on a low low LOW calorie diet, i want to start a low carb one, today I've had: fiber one 50 calorie no fat yogurt and 1 portion of jello 4 calories, and for lunch I had 50 calories worth of egg whites so all for the day so far I've had 104 calories. What can I eat tommarow and the rest of today? I only 300 calories a day. Don't tell at me, I know it's bad but I'm losing weight, it's working and I want to lose more

There is so much wrong with you diet I don't even know where to begin. But you asked not to yell so I won't. In fact, if all you want to know is how to start a low carb diet then you should focus on a high protein diet. 2-3 whole eggs with spinach or avocados and beans in the morning will do your fat burning body some good. The body exerts a lot of energy to stay alive and digest food, you are helping it burn fat when you eat a lot of protein. My Low Car Diet: No rice, bread, pasta, milk, yogurt, cheese, fruit, pastries, ice cream. No juices, sodas, beer, or white wine. Yes to lots of, eggs, chicken, fish, steak, veggies, more veggies, beans, and lentils. Yes to water, non flavored sparkling water, coffee, tea, and green tea. Please include 1 cheat day a week and eat plenty of the No's. This is important for 2 reasons: 1) Schedule your binge will help control your binge. 2) Keep you thyroids working at their optimum level by giving them something to do once a week! However, if all you want is to add extra fire power to your diet then eat some cauliflowers. P.S. 30 air squats a day will also help, especially on your cheat days.

personally for me i get high energy levels on high car/low fat diet. if you really love fruit you should read the 80/10/10 diet my dr. graham ! this book as changed my life (cliche i know)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

Honestly exept if your in a REAL hurry to lose weight thats a horrible thing to do, if your killing yourself for a month then you start eating normally your body is gonna be surprised and will think that its should stack up on the energy so that it can "survive" another starvation period, dont do huge ups and downs on ur intake just be moderate with everything u do

If you are doing this for two weeks, expect to put the weight back on quickly when you go off the low carb diet. Instead, try the "no sugar, no flour" diet. It is healthier. You can have all the fruits and vegetables you like. All lean meats, fish, poultry are fine. Just avoid sweets and bread. To satisfy that sugar craving, try grapes, mini carrots, sugar free jello.
