Question: i eat sooooooo much food but i just dont put on any weight at all and its not that i have a fast metabolism because i dont go to the toilet that often..and im really skinny i dont like my figure can anybody tell me what kinds of foods i can eat to put on weight or tablets i can take? anything please x

FOR HEALTHY LIVING Brush you teeth at least twice a day , gargle throat and wash your mouth with warm salt water everyday. Bathe at least once a day. Clean neck back, ankle pit, sex area in between the legs, feet and sole paying more attention. (Ladies shall clean their hidden area with clean water on menstrual days more often but don’t use chemical lotions . Keep well cleaned the under-breast area and nipples) Wash skin of skull and hairs with natural vegetable shampoo (such as hibiscus etc) but don’t use any chemical shampoo from the market.. Cut the nails of fingers and toes once in a week. Don’t use any sort of nail polish. Take care to remove unnecessary hairs of the body once in a month without using any chemicals. Wear only clean clothes. Change under garments everyday. Consume balanced food but only as much it is required for the time being. Have vegetable food and dish always in your menu. When you insist non-vegetarian eat vegetables or fruit 50-100 grams un- cooked . Avoid canned foods, biscuits, sweets, beverages such as cocoa cola and foods that used colours and preservatives . Liquors , tobacco in any form, drugs and sedatives of all types should completely be avoided. Drink 12-14 cups of water (children 8-12 cups or in proportion) including coffee and tea. Do as much works or exercises everyday as all the muscles of internal and external parts and organs of the body. Let you have good sleep about 6-8 hours at night but avoid sleep in day times. Don’t go emotional , control anger, hatredness, selfishness, pride and jealousy. (Remember all these emotions lead you to establish mortal diseases). TRY this and see the development.

Avoid fatty foods!!!I am 5ft 3 and I weight 99 lbs, yes very light i know, I have been skinny my whole life, so I wouldn't know how to lode weight but i do know how to maintain a healthy weight, I also exercise 5 to 6 times a week, I am trying to build muscle currently, I already eat healthy, I will never again eat a hamburger let me tell you that straigght out, Also if you want to loose weight and tone your body, you must do some light weight training, I would recommend the treadmill at 7%incline for 20 minutes at a time, then some light weight training 5 pounds in each hand up down up and down. Also drink lots of water. Also try to avoid greasy fat food, substitute your diet with more salads and thigns with lots of nutrients, when you have eggs, take out the yellow part, that has the cholesterol, and maybe try soyjoy, eat those instead of chips or something, itschaep, healthy and it gives great energy, For me it works really good, i eat it before I go to the gym and its great. So I am not a doctor but that's what I reccomend!! For cellulite you can try toning it by using high inclines on the treadmill, at 3.9 or 3.5 mph otherwise umm if you want to take pills...you go do that.. I agree! Carb it up! But be exercising too with weights and cardio. Eat healthy, eat extra carbs like pasta. Do all this healthily! Do what's natural and right for your body, be patient. Do NOT take tablets, unless you go to the doctor and he or she specifically prescribes some to you. Don't try to gain weight or do anything different to your body when you're feeling negative about yourself and desperate to do anything. That leads to a lot of trouble. Well, honestly this is a rather odd question. I would probably say that i want to LOOSE weight. Well, if you r really asking for an answer, here are somethings I do that make me GAIN weight! lolz (I am actually average sized XP) ok, eats lots of cheese. It better than eating cookies and such, that can get you to diabetes (never good) Anything with alot of oil, and u know along those lines. And, if you want to have a HEALTHY look, EXERCISE! -you dont get "the belly -you get muscle, a healthy alternative to fat. -healthier for your body u get a lean shape.

Hello :) What do you mean its not that i have a fast metabolism because i dont go to the toilet that often? Metabolism refers to the chemical processes that take place during cells- catabolism (breaking large molecules down into smaller molecules) and anabolism (building smaller molecules up into larger ones)- it doesnt have much to do with your urine output. you lucky that you have a fast metabolism :) I wouldnt recommend taking tablets- they will affect your body's processes. But if you want to put on weight, i would recommend doing weights, as well as eating complex carbohydrates (rice, potato, pasta etc). Good luck! :D

Try eating many junk foods with lots of fat, sodium, and calories . Look for things not like 100 calories. I know how you feel. I also have a high metabolism. I have just learned to live with how my body is and how I am that's how you are, that is how you are unique. :) hope this helped.

umm well theirs two choices u can either chew alot of gum after every meal too make u hungry after u eat and not excersice or se a doctor maybe he can prescripe u something that will help u put o n waight and wont harm ur health(:

consume greater, exercising much less is the final rule. yet heavily do not income it the incorrect way by utilising like a lot of quickly food, and a lot of icky meals extreme in cholesterol and terrible stuff which will purely make you sick. meals extreme in fat yet are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and beef that could desire to help...consume food extreme in energy yet do not pass overboard. you do not decide to get obese. ;) Lol xxxxx
