I checked my BMI and i am a little over weight. I am going to prom with my boyfriend in a little over two months. I absoultly have to loose weight for prom. Ive been struggling with my weight for as long as i can remeber i am not crazy fat but i am definetly chubby. I have to stop thinking about loosing weight and JUST do it!! Can you help me find a free diet that u tried yourself and one that works..thanks

I've used this one and it works really fast. But you have to follow it EXACTLY. no cheating, no substitutions. It says follow it 3 days on and 4 days off, but if you do it 3 on and take only one day off, it will work so fast you won't believe it. You might feel a little hungry in the daytime for the first few days, but dinner will get you full, and if you like you can have a root beer float every night as a treat ( just make sure it's diet root beer, I like to use A&W diet root beer)
This diet has all 4 food groups, so your body will not suffer from lack of nutrition.
3 Day Miracle Chemical Breakdown Diet
Black Coffee or Tea,
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 cup of tuna
2 slices of any meat (about 3 0z.)
1 cup- string beans
1 cup- beets
1 small apple
1 cup- vanilla ice cream
1 cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
2 hot dogs
1/2 cup-vanilla ice cream
3 saltine crackers
1 slice-cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Black Coffee or Tea
1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 cup-vanilla ice cream
The diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. It is suggested to drink from 6-8 glasses of water per day to flush out your system. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense. This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you eat normal food, but do not over do it. After 4 days of normal eating, start back on the diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to the diet.

This is a $60 billion a year industry right now and it is only going to get worse.
We constantly hear "our bodies are all different." Our bodies are not all different!
Every single one of us that wants to lose a pound of body fat needs to consume 3500 calories less than we burn. End of story. Over and out!
A healthy diet and exercise work every single time! Every time.
Make small goals, Not 10 or 15 pounds, but 1 or 2 a week.
Diet, i would recommend to just stay away from carbs, on a mostly Protein diet you'll feel fuller longer, Carbs are like a drug, in that when you have it, your gonna want more of it. Kinda like how soda doesn't quench your thirst, just makes you thirstier.
High protein like eggs in the morning, tuna for lunch and chicken breast for dinner will help you lose weight and not even make you feel like your on a diet. p.s. Of course Veggies are good for you too.
Drink Alott of water, almost too much, 8 glasses a day will help you flush out your body.
Also, I will always recommend alil exercise if you serious, alil Cardio really does make a difference. Try just 20 min , and maybe kick it up to Max 45-60 min.. Don't Go cray and aim for an hr the your first week, you'll get too tired the 2nd or 3rd day and not wanna do anymore. Exercise like 3-5 days a wk.
Start small, baby steps so that you get discouraged. and like you said, just do it. You gotta think, not doing it in the past got you to this point, is 20 min really too much to help yourself look and feel better?

You don't need a diet! Trust me!!! Just cut out junk food, and replace it with a vegetable or fruit. Finally just eat less! (skip lunch) and limit snacks. don't eat after 8:00 PM.
Thats all you have to do. I lost a pound every day for a week. If you really want to loose weight, ride a bike for 30 min. everyday. I lost 5 pounds in 2 days when I combined the diet and the bike.

Don't think of losing weight as a "diet" it doesn't have to be a diet, just eat healthy and exercise A LOT.

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and workout more often, the difficulties appear when we in reality attempt to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks in the real world aren't there?! The best diet you can go on, is not even a diet. It's learning to eat by your lifestyle. If you restrict yourself from certain foods, you will end up binging on them or yur body won't get the nutrients it needs. The best thing you can do is to only eat when you are hungry. Stoop eating when you are full. Have a variety of foods. Go by the food pyramid. that way you know how to feed yourself effectively.
And then there is exercise. If you eat healthy, (and you can eat healthy without restricting yourself from foods) then exercise will aid in how the food is used. This explains why it's good to have some fats and sugar can be used for energy (as long as it's portioned).
The food you take in is used to fuel you. So the diets (fads), don't over examine them. Just learn to eat when you need to and only what you need. Focus on how your body feels and what you need to take in to aid with your needs.
