I dont really have the right foods in my house to lose the weight that i have. I Just need to know if this is possible so that i can lose weight fast. My mom says I shouldnt lose 40 pounds im 5,7 and right now i weigh 167 i want to go down to 125 can I do this in 4 weeks?

stay away from carbohydrates you can eat whatever you want as long you stay away from carbs as much as possible you see because carbs are stored energy to be used later resulting in fat so just stay away from these and work out and you will lose weight guaranteed
not only will you get in some exercise you re less likely to choose something unhealthy after a little movement
forget the dried cranberries which have added sugar and add a half cup of fresh berries to top off your salad
when picking up your kids from school get out of the car and greet them with a hug instead of waiting in the car curbside
Weight loss pills are bullshit and you can't lose 40 pounds in a month the healthy way. Try 4 months to lose 40 pounds
