Question: I used to be extremely skinny hip bones sticking out and all that, well I put on some weight and started to look a whole lot better and much healthier but now I have a belly pooch. Is there a simple way to get rid of this without losing a bunch of weight also?

You can't make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don't eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.

How many children have you had. Once the abdominal muscles seperate during pregnancy the only way to fix it is plastic surgery. I have lost 43 pounds this year and can do 100 sit ups a day and still have that baby belly (3 Kids)

Sorry this is the toughest thing to loose after loosing weight. no matter how much exercise, it still remains! Abdominalplasty has great results if you feel that you really need it gone! In your case, however is general anesthesia really worth the risk?

Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
