iv'e asked a question before on making myself throw up... but i decided i wouldn't if i found a better way to lose weight, any suggestions? :S

Making yourself vomit will probably lead to anorexia or bulimia. Anorexic and bulimics always have a low weight (extremely low, actually), but they go day to day with image issues, black outs, esophageal damage, fatigue, and not before long, they die. Making yourself vomit will cause stomach acids from partially digested food to come back up and burn your throat and esophagus. Is weight loss really worth bodily damage? Keep in mind that stomach acid is very strong. There's a reason the stomach has a thick mucus lining.
If you're trying to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Don't diet. They're a waste of time. There are so many diets to choose from because at one point or another, you will mess up on a current diet, and some person thinks that their new diet is the solution. Diets work by limiting yourself to certain foods and deprivation, in the hope that you will lose weight. This can work, but at some point, your body will think it's starving and will retain weight to stay alive. Also, stay away from pills. They usually work by preventing your body from absorbing some of the fat it consumes. You could do just as well by not consuming so much fat in the first place.
Get more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and water. All of those foods are low in calories. Decrease the amount of meat, dairy, and junk food you consume. All of those foods are high in calories. You can still eat them, especially junk food, but only eat them with meals. For example, eat a handful of chips with lunch.
Also increase your exercise. Jogging on the treadmill for twenty minutes for five days is a start. You need to exercise. You may also want to do light weight training to tone your body. Exercise, without eating well will cause hunger. And eating well, without exercise will cause flabby skin. Here's a sample of meals for the day:
-total cereal with milk
-glass of water
-turkey and cheese sandwich
-small bag of chips
-glass of water
-salad with chicken breast
-glass of water
-two scoops of ice cream
Water is very important. Drink some with every meal.
combine your resistance training with short bursts of high intensity cardio to increase your post workout calorie burn
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Eat healthily, and exercise you can't lose body fat quickly and safely (and that's what i am guessing you mean by weight) do yourself a favor before you make yourself extremely ill, stop worrying about your weight, and how you can get rid of it as quick as possible trust me throwing up won't work you may as well just stop eating all together and save yourself the retching and stomach acid burns.
research the right amount of calories you need (its called BMR just put BMR calculator into a search engine), drop that amount buy a few hundred calories and exercise, you will lose 1-2 lbs of fat a week and you will do it safely.
please don't throw up, it leads to a whole host of physical and mental problems that you really don't want

I am not an expert in any way in this matter but

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month
