Question: I'm a 13 year old female. 170 cm and 50 kg and I just want to lose that little layer of belly fat that sticks out. How can I do this effectively while not causing further weight gain later or a resulting health detriment? Any ideas for food or exercise plans welcome. Thanks guys, sorry, I know there's lots of questions like this.

You're 13!! Don't worry about it! Try walking with a friend for 30-45 minutes a few days a week. You'd be surprised how much this helps. I hate to be cheesy but your body is going to change shapes a lot in the next five years, so just stay active and don't worry too much about it! And of course eating more vegetables always helps, but don't diet! You still nees to grow!!!

You can't make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don't eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.

you cant artwork that off, the only thank you to lose a abdomen is to nutrition plan it down, try ingesting and then workout, and while u workout and then consume its to income muscle, drink alot of acids, like pineapple amd orange it facilitates burn doewn fat in ur stomch and take that abdomen away. Lay off the beers too, thats the ingredient that provide you with maximum abdomen! and sodas. no chips and no sodas = no abdomen

well for that i would say do sit ups and ab work everyday, buy a exercises ball, and do it during tv commercials or in the morning, whenever you have time, when you buy the ball it also comes with ideas. and just eat healthy, three meals and two snacks a day.

You're very pretty! How rude of those people to say otherwise, especially your family. First and foremost please know that you don't ever need to compare yourself to others, not even family members. If you want to lose some weight then do abdominal and core exercises, anything as simple as situps and pushups (try 10 of each the first day, 20 the next, and work your way up to doing 50 of each per day). Also, to tone your body try cardio workouts, you can get these on DVD or take a class. It's really simple if you think about it, the key is commitment. Motivate yourself to exercise every day and you will be healthy and happy!
