Question: Here are my stats: Male 14 120 Pounds 5"5 About 21% Body Fat Not that High of a metabolism So what would be a good diet for me to go on and what are some good exercises that are good for the abs Also please don't say the typical lazy thing like "You are just a boy you will have plenty of time" or things like that

You need a wholesome diet of fruit and vegetables. Eat a side of fruit and vegetables with every dish. You also need protein in non-fatty ways. No beef, no fried chicken. Pork is good, steak is good. Exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, crush-bugs, and lat pulls will benefit your ab muscles. Good luck, and wishes to the lucky girl your trying to impress.

Most people don't realize how much waste can be trapped inside our bodies. Experts estimate that most people have 10-15 of waste trapped to the inside of their colon walls. Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info. 1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure. 2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program. 3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily. 4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week 5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds 6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks 7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary) 8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic 9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food 10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison 11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started 12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

if you want ot get a six pack abs than you right, you must have a good diet and you also need to do the right exercises because doing just any exercises won't get you far and you'll just get frustrated. there is a great article just about that subject, read it if you want to get a six pack abs. good luck and hope i could help, john.

all you need is a simple back to nature diet that concentrates on exercise and natural food , also as they say at http://health-4all.blogspot.com/2010/10/... try to drink water instead of any other drink , get back to what caveman ate and drank and you will be fit with awesome abs . good luck

i would not reccomend the low carb diet.... it can affect your cholesterol levels, and thats not worth looking good for just one week* I would say cut out all drinks and replace them all with water..... Also just cut down your calorie intake by about 500 and do not eat 5 hours prior to bed... Also try and squeeze in a few exercises each day to help burn calories and speed up your metabolism.
