Question: because by eating pasta, lasnaga, rice, veggies and all.. its so hard for me to not feel full after a meal and can not intake anymore.. and its painful to stuff myself food i don't want to eat. i have still yet to reach 2000 calaries. but i really wanna get bigger and i need all the calories i can get into my system! Please help..

swap out some carbs for protien meals like chicken/steak.... also... I drink 2 EAS protien shakes a day, they help alot. eating healthy will alow you to eat more aswell... fatty foods and junk make you feel more ful.

You need to lift...and when I mean lifting weights that you can only lift like 5-8 times...this takes fat and turns it to MASS muscle, instead of LEAN muscle which is from doing weights that you can only do 10-15 times... also their is good fat and bad fat....meaning usable and unusable, health benefits and high cholesterol. These websites below will give you bodybuilder diets, and lifting programs...remember not to be offensive...but if you haven't lifted before don't go out and try to lift like a guy just starting, unless you have atheletic genes. because in the end we can admit men can do more than women at the BEGINNING because men are naturally bigger bone, and bigger muscle...

I have gained about 5-10 pounds within one week. But you can gain 5 pounds in one day from drinking alot of water. The 5-10 pounds ive gained in one week was some water and some muscle.

try doing cardio at least 1 day per week. i weigh 170 and i dont have a problem eating 3000 calories in a day. heck i could eat 5000 easy and even more if i wanted. you need the whole food. use protein bars and processed crap as last resort. it is fine as a meal suppliment (with your meal) but not a meal replacement. just freakin eat u wuss

something with a lot of protein is physically powerful because of the fact it wont slow you down and make you experience slow. additionally your weight can selection +/- 5lbs an afternoon only on what you ate, so before you weigh in confirm you have an entire abdomen. i decide for to advise a lot of water top before you weigh in
