I weighed 125 until I had my 2nd child while I was carrying him I gained 75 lb and now after my fourth child I still have not lost the weight. my dr says that if i don't lose the weight and keep it off that i will have diabettes and now i am worried I am slowly losing weight but my stomach is like jello what is the best way to tone it up

No matter what some advertisers might tell you, there's no such thing as "spot reduction". You can't work your ab muscles and have them get all or most of their energy from the local fat supplies. That would be great but that's just not how metabolism works.
If you want to reduce belly fat, you have to lose weight. That's the only thing that will do it. How do you lose weight? Diet and exercise.
Keep the carbs relatively low. I'm not talking @tkins low here or anything. Just remember nothing promotes fat creation like carbs - especially sugars - especially fructose apparently by the latest research.
Eat lots of vegetables. At least one good sized salad a day preferably 2.
Add meat to those salads (assuming you're not a vegetarion otherwise it's eggs, egg whites or tofu).
Hit all the major musle groups:
chest and triceps - pushups
upper back and biceps - pullups or rows or lat pulldowns
legs running, stationary bike, etc.
core muscles: situps, back extensions, oblique raises
Look into interval training such as tabata. You'll be stunned at what you can get your body to do. I am on a regular basis.
Also check into this 8/12 second split interval training.
Do some heavy weight low rep traing as well to engage your fast twitch musle fibers.

You can't make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don't eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.
There is no such thing as losing belly fat as you might already know. "Spot fat loss" is a common training myth. To shed the weight, the best thing for you would be a good diet and regular exercise. The diet is key though. It will probably account for about 80% of your weight loss but together with regular cardiovascular and anaerobic activity you will see much improved results. You don't have to follow a fad diet either. Just keep your caloric intake around 1500-2000 calories a day (depending on what you currently eat) and break it up into 5 or 6 small meals vs. 2 or 3 large ones. This will keep your metabolism working throughout the day at a steady pace. Then add in some weight lifting and cardio. If you have no experience with this you would hire a personal trainer to get you started.

So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a scholar so I do not get time for some thing". You have at all times. Eat something you wish to. Just pass external in night and play a few out of doors video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and so forth and so forth. Play up to you'll. Play soccer everyday for an hour or 2 and you can see the alterations.

my cousin had the same problem... 5 kids. I helped find a BELLY DANCING class at her local gym and pretty much adding some dancing aerobic classes aswell... she didnt lose all the weight but she lost some and hardened her tummy again. 42 and she is super happy. check out the classes before you seek products and pills.

You're very pretty! How rude of those people to say otherwise, especially your family. First and foremost please know that you don't ever need to compare yourself to others, not even family members.
If you want to lose some weight then do abdominal and core exercises, anything as simple as situps and pushups (try 10 of each the first day, 20 the next, and work your way up to doing 50 of each per day). Also, to tone your body try cardio workouts, you can get these on DVD or take a class.
It's really simple if you think about it, the key is commitment. Motivate yourself to exercise every day and you will be healthy and happy!
