◾Drink a lot a lot of water every day and through out your day. You must drink at least eight glasses of water. Try to drink 1 bottle of water right when you wake up. Drinking water right when you wake up is one of the most rapid ways to burn fat fast off your body. It also cleanses your digestive track, and pumps oxygen to your brain to help you get going.
◾Don’t drink caffeine, no pop, no coffee, if you are going to drink caffeine then at least limit your intake to 1 drink per day. Also Pop is so bad for you I can not even tell you. It’s just 150 empty calories every drink, it literally does nothing good for your body. If you can replace every pop with a glass of water you can lose 5 pounds in just 2 months.
◾Eat organic foods for breakfast like apples, bananas, plain yogurt, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on.
