Everyday, I see questions like "How can I lose 30 pounds by next week" or "Help ! I need to lose 100 pounds by summer." How many of you have ever put on a ton of fat real quickly ? If it was easy losing weight real quickly (other than surgery or getting cancer or AIDS), we'd all be doing it and there wouldn't be hundreds of diet books out there...

Because some people are quite lazy and the thought of doing any kind of exercise or something as simple as switching to a healthy lifestyle is too exhausting to contemplate. All they want is a quick-fix. Can't blame them really can we? Not while were sitting on our own arses typing questions and answers on this computer and probably storing more calories than we would have done if we would have gone down to the gym. I wonder how much weight I've put on since I discovered answers last week!!! I'll be asking you next week how I can lose 8 pounds in two hours...got any ideas??

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night

At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more

do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section

yoga may be relaxing but you can also get a good workout an hour of yoga can burn up to 350 calories
