Question: I weight 110lb, 5'2 height. However, my body specially my tummy is loose due to pregnancy 2 years ago. If I start exercising cardio 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, how long does it take until I actually have a firm media like body?

It's totally dependent on your metabolism, and your body type. I'm not sure what you mean by "media like." Are you talking about the girls in fashion magazines? Because in that case, it takes about a half hour in Photoshop. Honestly, you probably won't know how long it takes until you start to see some progress - then you'll have a realistic idea. If you want to speed things up, remember to watch what you eat as well! Gimmick diets (high this, low that) all have different results for different people, but simply cutting back on calorie intake is the key to finding real success. Don't cut back too much though - starving yourself will cause your body's metabolism to slip into "survival mode" and you'll actually gain weight!

omg i thought the same. actually, that's not true. your body goes into 'starvation' mode. and it actually STORES your fat and keeps most of it. and slows down your metabolism. of course you will lose a few pounds at first - water weight. later on - like a week or so - it will end up being even more. and once you start eating again you will gain all your weight back in a second. lol

You should start to notice some definition within 2-3 weeks. The thing is, you have to keep challenging your muscles by doing more reps and/or heavier weights otherwise your body will become used to this and you will stay right where you are at.

I'm assuming that you're keeping up with the diet.. You also need to watch what time you eat your last meal of the day,(2-3 hrs before bedtime). Breakfast and lunch should be your biggest meals of the day respactively. Dinner shouldn't be very big at all, (1/4 or less of total daily intake). After saying that, you are also at the point in your program where the weight starts to burn off more slowly than in the beginning. This is natural and is also where most people just give up. Just keep on truckin' and you'll reach your goal. Just not as fast as you expected. Good luck.
