Well I never planned to lose weight.. but last spring people told me I was looking thinner and better so I stepped on the scale and found that I lost 10 pounds! Here's how I did it..
-I joined a workout team (of close friends) and we worked out together. I originally did this just to bond with my friends but it definitely helped me lose weight. Not only was I exercising but I was with friends and I didn't want to ever let them down by not showing so I stuck with it.
-I also began to eat better. I didn't notice it at first but then I realized that I had begun to make healthier choices. Even small things like drinking water all of the time instead of soda or juice made the difference. The reason I'd begun to eat better also goes back to my workout team.. I had found that I felt better and had more energy during the exercising if I ate well. So I did. And.. I lost weight!
So basically those two things (working out with close pals and eating well) were what made me lose weight. I think having the support of friends is one of the most important things because then you don't want to let them down.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

the rub on ground turkey is that its dry add some olive oil and finely blended onions to a turkey burger or turkey meatball to enhance its juiciness

add red pepper flakes to your pantry when eaten early in the day red pepper lowers the amount of food youll eat later

switch from pouring your cereal straight from the box to using a measuring cup to cut your cereal calorie count in half

I used the weight lose system called Weight Watchers. Depending on your age you get a certain amount of points. I used this method and it works wonders you also have to drink lots of water! While using this method I lost 20 pounds in two months!! You can really tell the difference especially when you wear baggy clothing for an extended amount of time then you wear form-fitting clothing! Other people will also notice a difference!!

Lost over one hundred# a number of years in the past. Dropping sodas did such a lot of it. Mainly caught to a fish & chook nutrition with facet salads and fruit within the morning. When the burden give up coming off I ultimately went strictly to OJ & Water at the beverages. Took one million.five years. Sometimes I'll do stuff that begins the burden achieve all over the place, however I nip it into approximately five-10#. What can I say? I'm affordable: I refuse to shop for a entire new set of garments. EDIT: Oh yeah, I exercised just a little (my activity on the time required LOTS of going for walks & I did occasional weight coaching) however that used to be it.

Basicly stay away from fried foods and heavy ones too . In otherwords , sugary , fatening and startchy foods . Have skim milk and never have diet anything !!!!!!!! Nutrusweet slows down your metabolisim . Have water and on occasion its fine to have regular sodas . Also have no meat except for grilled chicken W/O MAYO . I've lost 60 pounds since February just by eating better, eating less, and exercise. NO diet pills, NO starving myself, nothing stupid.
My life is pretty awesome anyway, and I didn't lose weight for any reason other than I didn't want to die of heart disease or contract diabetes. I have a lot more stamina now and I buy smaller clothes. Those are good too :)
