Question: ok i am 14 and 136 pounds and 5 '2 i know i am over weight and wanting to lose it and i am very determined ok here is the food plan break fest 1 bowl of cereal shredded wheat , or Cheerios or Special k. snack one fruit lunch a spinach tortilla wrap with turkey lettuce tomato and ranch dressing. snack one light yogurt dinner lean meat and veggies and my exercise plan is i wake up go on my bike for thirty minutes and then do other exercises that target arms and stomach . and then do that again before i go to sleep at night let me know if that is good no spamming acai berry or any of that i don't wanna hear it. thank you to all the people who gave me good answers ok i said no products like acai berry or any thing like that.. ok what if i cut out the snacks

a couple of things 1 ranch dressing is high in fat and calories so i would stay away from it. 2 for excersizing, the best way to lose weight is to run and strength train, which is weight training 3 you need more fruits and vegetables, go to this website for about how much you should eat http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/ just go to check it out for no registration That's all i can think of. hope this helps

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

You can keep the snacks, but the exercises that target arm and stomach fat won't target stomach and arm fat. That is a myth called spot targeting. When you burn 3500 calories (1 pound of fat) your body chooses where to take it away from. So if you went running, and burned 3500 calories you won't lose off your legs. It depends on what your body chooses to take it away from.

thats a very good diet plan , but you need more fruits . you might want to remove the dressing because that could add about 2OO more calories to the wrap . drink lots of water too !

Sounds like you are doing a great job. You will definitely loose weight with this plan. Just keep up the good work. I love that you are weight lifting. Many girls are afraid of doing so. This just show how determined you are. One tip, if you ever get board with the food you are eating, research different healthy recipes. You can go to epicurious.com and it gives you many different healthy options. It also gives you the nutrition facts just in case you are counting calories. For breakfast, you can try oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries or an omelette with veggies if you ever get bored with what you are eating. For lunch, you can make a turkey wrap or a tuna salad. For dinner, you can have brown rice with fish like salmon or tilapia. They have alot of protein to help support your body from the exercise you are doing. Also you can create a stir fry with ground turkey and any kind of your favorite vegetables. Make sure you are taking a vitamin to supplement your body with the nutrients you are missing. Other than that, keep up the great work!!! Hope that helped :) P.S. I am recovering from an eating disorder on my own as well so I know how it feels. Just remember that all this work is for you to be happy. Hope you get better.
