Question: I'm 5'10" and i weigh 120 lbs, what are some healthy ways that i could gain weight so i could build more muscle?

I think I just answered this question for someone else too... Protein is my personal favorite way of gaining weight and I use a whey protein. My personal favorite is gnc wheyabolic 60 it is pretty tasty. You can also get whey at wal mart and for all who are wondering yes it is very effective but boy does it taste nasty. You can also do a dirty bulk eating lots of nasty unhealthy food too. Also though I have never tried them you can use weight gainers which is practically straight calories.... but make sure whatever route you take your working out as hard as you can lifting as much as you can... but ultimately it will depend on genetics... I was blessed in that category.

For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans. - Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories. -Add weight lifting to your exercise program. It helps build muscle mass. - Balance your caloric intake with the number of calories you're burning. Gain muscle. Work out. Run, lift weights, all of that good stuff. Muscle weight more then fat, so that's a perfect way to gain weight without fat. (:

I know what you mean. First eat a lot of calorie dense foods: breads, pastas, oils, nuts. Also, add an ensure plus beverage with every meal and snack. That should help.

work out more. eat lots of high caloried food that itnt all bad for u so u wont jsut get fat. eat those bars that wrestlers use to gain lots of weight that always works. sorry dont kno much else to tell u good luck tho!!!!!
